All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and are dispatched within 24 hours if orders are placed before 09:00 Monday to Friday. 

 

Returns Policy:

All products are quality checked before they leave us, if there is a problem with any item, please email us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Returns are accepted if items are faulty or if you change your mind, and sent back within 14 days of us dispatching the item to you. Returned items must be returned unopened and undamaged. Please email us if you wish to return an order.
